OBJECTIVES

For red wines: volume on the palate, protect fruity aromas
from oxidation, clarification.

For white wines: volume on the palate, protect fruity aromas
from oxidation, clarification.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Red wine:
after malolactic fermentation or before final filtration.

White wine:
after alcoholic/malolactic fermentation or before final filtration

Application:
dilute 1 kg for 10 liters of must

PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF USE

On light Cabernet Sauvignon:
between 2 to 4 g/HL

On fruity and very lightly colored Rosé:
0.5 g/HL

On “brioche-like” Chardonnay:
2 g/HL
