OBJECTIVES

For red wines: volume and sweetness on the palate, protect fruity
aromas from oxidation, clarification.

For white wines: volume and sweetness on the palate, protect fruity
aromas from oxidation, clarification.

For sparkling wines: enhances the sweetness of the dosage liqueur.
Contributes to the refinement of the bubbles and the smooth
texture of the tirage liqueur in Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wines.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Red wine:
before bottling

White wine:
before bottling

Application:
dilute 1 kg for 10 liters of must

On reductive Cabernet Sauvignon:
4 g/HL

On oxidized colored Rosé:
0.5 g/HL

On sparkling wine as expedition liqueur:
0,5 g/HL
