protect fruity aromas from oxidation, clarification.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Red wine:
after malolactic fermentation or before final filtration.

White wine:
after alcoholic/malolactic fermentation or before final filtration

Application:
dilute 1 kg for 10 liters of must

PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF USE

On Syrah with pyrazine:
4 g/HL

On Rosé with little expression:
0.5 g/HL

On Sauvignon with strong alcoholic proof:
1 g/HL
