from oxidation, add sweetness.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Red wine:
after crusher

White wine:
after settling or 24H after enzymatic clarification

Application:
dilute 1 kg for 10 liters of must

PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF USE

On Red wines thermovinification:
4 g/HL after thermovinification

On fruity and very lightly colored Rosé:
0.5 g/HL

On Sauvignon blanc:
1 g/HL
