OBJECTIVES

For red wines: stabilize color, protect fruity aromas
from oxidation, add structure and volume.

For white wines: stabilize proteins, protect fruity aromas
from oxidation, add structure and volume.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Red wine:
Vatting, after crusher

White wine:
Vatting, after settling or 24H after enzymatic clarification

Application:
dilute 1 kg for 10 liters of must

PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF USE

On rich, well-structured Cabernet Sauvignon:
between 2 to 4 g/HL

On fruity and very lightly colored Rosé:
0.5 g/HL

On fresh, light Chardonnay:
2 g/HL
